Dark Void While Turning - Is it a Problem?

Most common in motorcycles, scooters, and any 2 wheel vehicles is when taking a turn and leaning the vehicle while turning creates a dark void on the road ahead.

In some cases you are able to rely of other vehicle’s headlights or street lights but even then it does not seems like a problem to ignore.

We all do not lean that often right? Or do we do that enough to cause a problem while turning at night?
